BluSky Restoration Central PA

STOP: Mammoth's State College location was bought by BluSky and then CLOSED. Despite them having a local address listed here, when I called this number I was connected with BluSky all the way down in LANCASTER, their closest actual location. If you hire them to do work in the State College /Bellefonte area, then each and every one of the people they send will be driving at least two hours' each way, each day, in addition to any time spent actually working on your site- and they won't be doing it for free. I recently fell into this trap after waking to find our basement flooded. I Googled Mammoth and called the listed 1-800 number that came up here with the 280 Reese Road, State College address, thinking that I was getting the same solid, local outfit with which we had had a good experience in the past. I did not realize until after they arrived where they had come from, and it wasn't clear how this business operates until the work was done and the invoice delivered. Before beginning flood mitigation work, they required me to sign a work authorization agreeing to pay their entire invoice regardless of what our insurance would agree to cover. The foreman really stressed that point,

Many thanks to Matt Patchcoski and the team at Mammoth. They arrived immediately after being contacted, mitigated damage, coordinated with insurance professionals and clearly communicated what needed to be done. They arrived on time as promised, protected my personal property while in my home and have been a pleasure to work with. In addition, the Mammoth team was quite understanding, did terrific work and have been a delight to work with. It is my pleasure to offer this recommendation.

Nichole did the restoration work and we were very happy. The quality of the work was excellent. She arrived early and stayed late to make sure the work was done in a timely manner, which it was. Highly recommend. Also Mike Hartman was great at making sure that everything ran smoothly and kept us informed at every step. Whenever I had a question he would respond immediately, usually within a couple of minutes. Very happy with the entire experience. 10 out of 10.

Mammoth was recommended by my insurance agent, they cleaned up damage from a flood from a damaged water heater. Mike set it all up, Hannah and Georgetta came on time and worked quickly and professionally—removed ruined carpet and set up dryers to remove any lingering dampness in the floors and walls, all in one day. Mike came to check that all was well and worked with our insurance adjuster to get us an estimate of the damage so flooring can be replaced quickly. All were friendly and professional and explained everything they were doing in advance. I recommend Mammoth very highly, I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Mammoth Restoration is a WONDERFUL company to work with! There aren't enough stars to do them justice. They answered our call and got people over to our house VERY quickly when our water heater broke and flooded several rooms in our one-story house. Hannah and Georgetta were AWESOME...they were very professional, hard-working, compassionate and friendly. They did such an amazing job of completely removing all damaged carpet and tiles, and they really went above and beyond by moving furniture around in the one room so that we didn't have to empty the entire room. They were very good about communicating with us every step of the way to let us know what they needed to do, and answer questions. When their boss Mike came in to check on everything and document the damage, he was also very professional and friendly, and took time to answer our questions and explain what he was doing. We appreciate their amazing work ethic, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for their quality of work and high work ethic!
